The Westshore Rebels Youth Intro to Lifting Program is designed specifically for football players in grades 6-8, offering them a strong foundation in strength training before the upcoming season. Led by Rebels Conditioning Coach Stephanie Needham, this program focuses on teaching proper lifting techniques, developing good movement patterns, and introducing athletes to light weight training in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will learn how to train confidently and correctly, helping them build strength, prevent injuries, and prepare both physically and mentally for their next level of football.

Coach Stephanie has over 40 years of coaching experience spanning Karate, CrossFit, and competitive Powerlifting. For the past decade she has supported the Westshore Rebels Strength and Conditioning program alongside coaches Shane Beatty, Jeff Mock, and Jagger Cohen. Her depth of experience allows her to assess athletes quickly, coach clearly, and deliver training that produces real, lasting progress.
